  I would highly recommend to NOT move here. The water is never hot and it’s constantly being turned off and they do not notify you. I’ve lived here going on 4 years and never had issues until grey star bought the location. The new management is completely incompetent. You can find better places.

  This place has gone to hell since Grey Star took over. They can't keep a steady maintenance staff so now it takes longer for work to get done. The water in the fountains are turned off. They now contain stagnant water that kills birds. I have had to report carcasses. I never have hot water. Now my rent is going up 20%. I am leaving when my contract is up, already warning my friends about Grey Star communities, gathering with other residents to complain about Grey Star, and will never enter another Grey Star community. Good riddance to Grey Star.
