  Apartment searching is never easy. Of course you want to choose the best place for you and your family. But one thing I’m huge on customer service and presentation. The community doesn’t even have to be that appealing, but if the agent is upbeat, knowledgeable, friendly, happy, pleasant, talkative and professional, even they could persuade me to consider applying. First impression here...community looked clean. Appealing on the outside. Soon as my family and I walked in the office, ZERO smiles, zero expression of joy to even be there, it was so plain and unwelcoming I honestly don’t know why we stayed as long as we did to still view the apartment. My husband works for property management. We both agreed that the vibes in the office really took the property down in its entirety. I always give people the benefit of the doubt, like maybe they were having a bad day, but in this case, it was so bad, I just couldn’t even see the hope in it. The apartment itself was ok, compared to others we viewed, price range was good for us, location was great, but again, had it been presented to us with even just a little joy, we would of considered. Management should really check first impressions. It would really upscale your property.

  One of the best complexes we have ever lived in. Relatively quiet, clean, and well maintained. The pool area is nice and the jacuzzi is always hot. We had a minor leak in our ceiling, and the maintenance crew was slow to fix it. Once the leak was fixed we had no further problems.
