  Bad customer service. The branch manager was in a rush to get out and I could hear her scream from where I was sitting that she wanted to leave already.

  The teller gave me a counterfeit $100 bill. The branch manager said it was MY responsibility. Then she threatened to call the police when I told the rest of the customers that they need to have a counterfeit pen to verify their funds since its not the bank's responsibility.
