  After a recent experience with this bank, I will no longer recommend this branch to new customers. I also have had the same experience from one of the male employees that they have better things to do with there time. I was going to send a family to this branch however the bank manager nor their so mortgage lender Bryan returned my call. Whenever I call the branch, it simply goes to voicemail. Whenever I have gone there, no one seems to be able to do the simplest things without making me wait until they can find someone else who might know. Yet, I remained patient, spending more time at a bank as compared to banks my family has done business with over the years. Loyalty really does mean nothing to this bank. What I would tell millennials, find yourself a credit union, they are proactive about customer service for loans and checking/saving accounts. I plan to take my own advice as Chase, Wells Fargo, BOA all sleep in the same bed when it comes to dirty backroom deals in the financial world.
