    I've drove by and saw a day care worker smoking a cigarette outside talking to another day care worker. How are you taking care of other people's children going back in that building and going about your day at work with that second hand smoke smell? Horrible! Fire your employees that smoke anything! Unprofessional especially when you work with infants to toddlers.
