  The staff and facilities are GREAT! I give them five stars. The weak review is reflecting corporate customer billing policies. Tutor Time does not follow standard billing practices, where the customer makes payment after reviewing a statement. You must pay them on the same day before a statement is generated (which is not available until the following day). For example, we are required to make a payment on Friday because the kids were there that day. Although no statement is available to review, staff is required to call and demand payment that afternoon. Tutor is ultimately owned by a private equity firm who used high amounts of debt to acquire it a few years ago. It is no surprise the indebted company resorts to scrupulous billing practices.
