  I was a resident recently. I had just moved to Phoenix after getting out of the military. I didn't know anything about Phoenix or the apartments out here and had a hard time finding a place I thought would be comfortable for us. This place is really nice. It's a small community and it's pretty quiet. I had my own private parking spot right outside my front door which I thought was AMAZING plus an additional covered spot assigned to me. The gym and pool is open 24hrs but you can only access both with a key which was another plus. It's a gated community and my neighbors were pretty friendly. The gym, pool and complex are very clean and well kept. There are NO pests or random people/animals wondering around the complex! It's also just down the road from the biltmore fashion mall, a movie theater, hiking trails and many other shopping stores. The only thing I didn't like was the price for rent but I'm not from the west coast so I'm sure the price wouldn't be a big deal for others. Other than that I loved my little apartment.
