  Ended up getting into a collision, first in 20 years. Wes's staff was on it as soon as I called. They had a tow truck on its way as well as my car rental in the works. Wes even drove to the accident (it was nearby his office, so don't expect this as a regular thing) to check up on me, which was really thoughtful. They also sent the vehicle to a recommended body shop that did top notch work. You know, accidents are never a fun thing and throw you outside of your happy routine. But Wes's staff made everything super easy for me and a week later, it was like nothing happened at all. Thanks!
