  The office staff is great and very friendly. The maintenance is also good. Our dryer stopped working and they replaced it with a new one the same day. I would recommend living here.

  These apartments for the price are great. Great office staff, quick to fix whatever issue there is. They spend a lot of time maintaining the place. Some of the residents are a little trashy but as usual with apartments it's always a mixed bag of individuals! No pest issues! I'm impressed and would recommend.

  My wife and I moved in to a one bedroom there it was great until we found bugs. We thought they were mites but after finding some on me and talking to the bug Guy we found out they were deer ticks. There were pet owners that lived there before us and the office said that they did a carpet cleaning they did not check and treat for bugs not a proper way of course because if treatment was done and the house was properly bombed for bugs why are there adult ticks in my apartment. The manager Allison was very rude to my wife and I as we brought a list of things that were wrong with the apartment. She childishly interrupted my wife and was very mean throwing verbal slurs as my wife is 7 months pregnant. She had attitude from the moment we sat down to talk. We said these ticks can carry Lyme disease and other infectious diseases that could potentially kill our soon to be born child and she says if our kid dies it's our fault and doesn't care at all. We were appalled considering I got bit twice by these ticks and now i have symptoms and doctors are monitoring me. Kayla and yessica we're always so helpful and sweet to us and I recommend them greatly. The fact that they were ok with us continuing to stay there in a tick infested apartment and didn't try to fix it and put us into a different apartment or hotel until proper bug bombing was complete. They also said that it was us that brought them into the apartment even though we kept our pet at our parents house because there were ticks. And we got him only a few days ago and we've had different vets check him every other day he is fine and we've been told he's not the source of them. Also Allison tried to lie and say that she saw us not picking up after our pet, but that's impossible considering he's never been on the Renaissance grounds. If your thinking of living here please turn around and RUN.
