  Awful. Read the several other responses that are the same as mine before you consider renting here. I should have, maybe I would have been warned. While living in the rental every thing seemed ok. Now that we have moved out I experienced the same as others have regarding this crooked place keeping your deposit for things that were existing when you move in. I will be taking this company to court for mine as I have proof. They charged me for cleaning, yet if you look at their listing you can see the place was not cleaned before we moved in. We left the house in better shape then we moved in. They charges us for "damage" to the refrigerator, again their original listing shows the damage in the photos 3 years ago before we moved in. A tree fell down with a storm, and we were charged to replace it with an apricot tree. The tree that was there was not an apricot tree, but a little $20 tree you can buy at walmart, and fell due to a storm??? Stay far far away from this place. Not worth your time when there are so many choices. You will have to fight for your money back. Not to mention that while we lived there we had to go a month without a dishwasher while they got second opinion after second opinion rather than replace a clearly faulty unit. They will be sweet as pie when they show you the place, don't be fooled
