  Called and spoke to one of their adjusters once. Said she would do some digging and call me back. I waited and after a couple days I called back and left a msg with their receptionist. Another day passed and still no call back. I called 4 more times each time it would be the same thing. Leave my name and number and would never call a back. Only response I would get is that they would make a note and have someone call me. I've waited too long. Will go with another company. I don't understand how they think this is professional. If you can't do anything for me at least call me back and tell me so. So if you call more than twice don't bother wasting more time and go with someone else.
