  Very disappointing, you don't want to live here. bugs, bugs, bugs... pest control inspections required affecting entire buildings. Property office staff support is lacking, rude, do not follow through with issues regarding the property. Windows are thin like paper, folks are loud till early hours in the morning and may not even be residents.... the landscape is horrible, parking is horrible, security gates haven't worked in months, mgmt. should have security onsite, cars broken into, expensive considering the living conditions.

  There’s a brand new mgr here now (just before Christmas) and they had a nice Christmas party for the residents to introduce her and she’s great. The grounds are steadily improving and maintenance requests (at least for me) have all been completed same or next day. The office staff is extremely friendly: shout out to David and Karen who are amazing! When you see the maintenance staff out they all wave, say hi, or speak and are good people. This is the best apartment community I have ever been in and I’ve lived in many apartments in my lifetime (we move a lot) It’s the kind of place where your neighbors wave at you and you feel safe letting your kids play outside. I would move here again in a heartbeat. Keep in mind anytime there’s a change in management it can make or break a place and they’re definitely getting back on the right track here!

  Pinnacle at Union Hills used to be a beautiful place to live. and I loved living here. The grounds were manicured, staff were warm and helpful, and maintenance requests were promptly taken care of. New management took over, however in May/June of this year, and the place has gone to hell, to put it bluntly. I never write reviews for places, but I felt it was called for since management has changed. The landscaping is not kept up, there are pieces of palm trees and other trees scattered all over the place. Things simply do not get done. The front gate hasn't worked for weeks! This is a gated community, and I expect to have a gate that works. Staff keep telling us that it will be fixed. When? There is a real lack of care and or concern for residents. They have increased our rent with new "added fees". I don't think it's legal to increase rent once you're in a signed lease. There used to be a sense of community about this place - a cohesive feeling. I miss Holly and I miss Terry. They were awesome, and they both took pride in their jobs, and making this place a nice place for their residents to live. It's really sad that new management does not care about their jobs, their clients or keeping this place an actual luxury apartment complex -- it is no longer that.
