  The biggest problem I had was upon move out. They tried charging me for several different things that were either damaged before move in (and properly documented/recorded) and services that I personally performed. The mentality wasn't "prove that I owe you money" with pictures etc. but instead was "prove you DON'T owe us money". Here's how law works: I'm innocent until you can prove otherwise, not the other way around. In the mean time, this collections case is sitting on my credit report and they've refused to remove it. In addition, nothing in this establishment is modernized. Rent must be paid my mail, maintenance requests take months to happen, and then when the maintenance isn't performed properly they charge you for the maintenance personnel who messed up the job. I will NEVER rent any property from this place again and will advise every one I meet to do the same.
