  Complex is in a rough neighborhood. Other residents are loud and rude. Partying at the pool at 4am. Not nearly enough parking. Maintenance and upkeep is terrible (just heard they have one guy doing everything and they called him in on his vacation days and sick time to work). Discover a new broken thing in my apartment nearly every other week. 1200 for the 3 bed. It should be half that much. They employees are never in the office. They are rude and take every available oppertunity to not be there (holidays, meetings, etc.) Don't live here. Will post with pictures soon.

  This is a quiet complex, with great staff and well-kept landscaping. I moved here from Indiana not knowing what to expect other than pictures and was, for the most part, very satisfied with what it was like in person. I am a little disappointed in the quality of the rooms, i.e. my closet sliding door was broken, the breaker panel was painted shut and broke when trying to open it, the cabinets in the kitchen are pretty beat up, and the bathtub has a yellow stain. The painters did a horrible job when painting painted over old command strips from previous tenant, paint splatters all over the bathroom floor and on door handles and hinges .Parking is an issue when you have guests because parking space is VERY limited. However, I only have one occasional guest and I have an assigned, covered parking space for myself, so this is not a major issue for me. With that being said, the apartment features are a little beat up, but I am able to look passed all of these minor issues. Being a young woman, and living alone in an unfamiliar state, feeling safe is my top priority and I am very pleased with how safe I feel in this apartment complex. Overall, I really enjoy this apartment and would recommend it to anyone looking to live here short-term.
