  Its amazing how ridiculous it is to get a refund on cancelling service. I find it outstanding that they have ability to charge your account immediately but it takes a month plus for a refund. Then they are never available when you call them, stating they will call you back once they can but they never call back. Wish I had a chance to research this place before I went into business with them no wonder they charge a nonrefundable fee of 30 dollars, they suck at life so bad they have to make money somehow.

  I have called the BBB on these people. They are rude at this office. Every time I have walked in there the two young white girls are texting preoccupied with personal conversation. Every time I call up here it goes to voicemail and no one returns my call. Lastly, one of the girls I told her I was going to call her because of the lack of professionalism....a week later I was told by my insurance it was cancelled because some from that office said I drive for uber. So I got disqualified from my insurance. I don't even drive for uber !!!!!!!

  Called asking for customer service, having already done business with them previously, and was rudely told, that they've been hacked by Russians, and was promptly hung up on. Guess they want people like me to spread the word, telling as many people as I can to never do business with them.......EVER! Who ever I spoke to, and who ever they spoke to are not only Jerks, but aHoles. And the only reason they got one star is because that's the only was to post a review. I'd have given therm ZERO!!!!!
