  The apartment is okay. I give it a 1 star for the roaches and they don't do nothing about it!! They came 3 times to spray and we STILL HAVE THEM!!! Don't waist your money at this apartment!!! Update: STAY AWAY we got our dirt bike stolen from our garage!! I can't wait to move out!! I though this place was safe until this happen!! Please stay away this place is not worth 1,360 a month!! We can't wait to move out!! They also don't have no security like they say they do. I've never seen the security guy around!!! Please find a safer places for you and your family!!! Another update while the manager was able to give us money for my son dirt bike that got stolen. While today someone opened our garage during the day SMH. Me and my husband are moving out asap!! This place is ridiculous!! Stay away please!!!

  I have to be fair in saying that we love the pools and parks for the kids here. We like the friendly neighbors and proximity to shops/restaurants. Overall, I feel safe and love bring able to takes my kids out to play.That's why I can't rate it lower. All that being said, we are moving OUT next month! NOT RENEWING!!! The ROACHES are awful, EVERYWHERE, IN YOUR FOOD. I can't stand it anymore.The management is rude, speaks to residents as if they are a bother and idiots. They do not respond to maintenance issues. The alarms went off the other day at 5 am, no response, not even an apology or explanation email even though we were all out genuinely worried. The grounds are beautiful, but the units are overpriced considering all those issues.
