  Moving in was a nightmare, but to be fair that was before Weidner took over so we won't go into it. For the past 3 days we've had large holes in our bathroom ceiling because of a leak from the apartment before us. What has Weidner done? Made the holes bigger. Something that directly impacts our daily lives. The maintenance people are great, don't get me wrong. But, I've asked for the manager and keep getting put off onto someone else. Finally to be told the person above us is aware of the problem and they own their condo so the management office can't do anything. That sounds great for the person above us, but what about us? Nope. And no timeline as to when the holes will be fixed. Not even a 'sorry about this.'
