  These people are clueless. My brother has an account here. I wrote him a check....that cleared my bank. yet they have held up the funds as they don't see an account associated with my check. One week later after the check has cleared my bank and my bank has NOT received any check back, all is good at my bank. Yet Desert Schools wants proof ....a Fax that my bank has cleared the check. They are still trying to work it out. Good luck getting through to anyone at Desert Schools on the phone. They want your birth date and social before even putting you on hold for 20 min. Just to get the run around and no answers!!!!!!!!! WORLDS WORST institution I have encountered in 50 years of banking.
