  I've lived her for over a year and it has been my favorite apartment in Phoenix. The apartments themselves, amenities and staff are great. My maintenance requests are always responded to within 24 hours. The only issue is the guest parking toward the front of the complex (there is plenty in the back). The only reason I may move to a new complex is because I need a second bedroom. I'm still considering a two bedroom within the complex, but it is on high end of my price range.

  As far as apartments go this is one of the better properties in the valley. It is well kept, high quality and the staff are tremendous. Like any apartment it’s not perfect but it does have a homey feel. I have never lived in an apartment for more than a year and find myself on my 4th year here. Only suggestion is to make sure you get a top floor and a building with a lot of surrounding parking.

  Desert Club is amazing. They have always taken good care of me. The maintenance staff is always there either same day or very next day if it is after hours. They've always taken care of all reasonable requests for me. Honestly, I'm a bit spoiled now and so are my roommates. All of the front office employees are super friendly!!! Rates are very competitive with surrounding apartment complexes, usually cheaper in fact. They even have garages, that is so hard to find in apartment complexes. Special thanks to Carissa, Kambria and Jamie for always going above any beyond the call of duty for me. I would also like to thank each and every one of their maintenance staff. They are very knowledgeable and always eager to share useful information about how to use the appliances to get the best results. On a few occasions during a maintenance request, they offered to fix something I hadn't even noticed. Now that's service!
