  Where to even begin.... What you see is NOT what you get. Appliances falling apart...counters are warped....so much water damage. Not to mention the fact that they use a chiller system that doesn't even work. The constant sewer smell coming from all vents/drains. The bugs...omg I've never seen so many roaches and spiders in an apartment before. In all different sizes from little babies to 2 inch long roaches. Drunk people at the pool every night until 3-4 in the morning. Everyone is in everyone's business. Dogs running around and nobody cleaning up after them. We had over $2000 worth of tools stolen from our truck that was parking in our covered spot. The management is a joke. They never know what's going on. We could talk to 4 different people about rent and they would all give us a different amount. They are absolutely no help. Late fees and charges went through the roof. Would would go from $1080 in rent to $1500 after 1 week of late fees. They charge ALL the court fee BEFORE court and then they throw on extra charges. At one point I was told that the papers we get delivered from THE COURTS are not accurate and are only a "estimate" of what we owe in late fees. This month we were late in paying rent, we recently bought a car after the last one stopped working and had to get work done on it to pass emissions so we were tight on money. We got our papers from Court and the DAY AFTER court, we went to pay and we were told by the apartment management they they would not accept any money unless we had what we owed, roughly $1580, plus December's rent, $1080. They would not work with us...plain and simple. On top of all of this they called the Humane Society on us...stating that we vacated the premises over the weekend and had abandoned our dogs. This person was given a key to our door and came in without knocking, without someone from the office, and without notice. First, we had not vacated the premises...second, we were never notified nor did anyone from the office try to reach out to us about our dogs....third, they let someone unlawfully enter our home. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!! If I could give them no starts I would...they don't even deserve 1.
