  Lived here 5 years and it works great for my lifestyle. The maintenance staff are super responsive to repairs. The front desk staff have always been really helpful. No issues with neighbors. I am not shill, but a legit tenant who feels very happy to live here.

  After reading some of the reviews before hand, I was skeptical. But, my wife and I couldn't be happier in this lovely area and well maintained town home. Nick in the office has been nothing but super professional and the maintenance crew works diligently to fix the problem effectively. Very quiet community, safe, and friendly. We didn't know Pheonix at all, but we feel we picked the perfect location for our 1st year here. Everything we need is no more then 10 minutes away. The 3 bedroom is a 2nd floor. The kitchen and living area is small but workable. The dining area is a plus, and the bedrooms are large. The 2 car garage below with direct access is huge, especially w the summer months coming. The pool is lovely and the hot tub a bonus. No bugs anywhere, haven't seen any. We used to live in FLA, and the ant infestation is very REAL there...haven't seen 1. Anyways, we are very happy to be here in AZ, and alot of it has to do with living here at the Carlyle Townhomes.

  I have been a resident here for 3yrs.. when I moved here it was pennicle @ south mountain.. within the last 2 yrs was changed to Carlyle @ south mountain... for the first few months of the change over it was a little rocky... with all the changes in staff... but now since they brought back some of the original people like Nick things have been back to the great place that it has always been.. maintenance issues have been resolved in a timely manner... I like living on the premises close to everything around..
