  It is a shame how this branch has deteriorated. When Sean & Kyle were there, it was a hub of activity and outstanding customer service. From the staid guard to the ho-hum attitude of the tellers, this branch does not give you warm fuzzy feelings about where you keep your money. Mgmt needs to light a fire here and tell the guard to smile & welcome those who walk thru the front doors. The young guy who is typically the teller does have potential: he's efficient & professional. Remind the employees here that the impression which customers have about BMO is based on their interaction with them. The employees should convey. to each customer that she/he is a valued customer of BMO.

  Horrible service and the staff is very rude!!! Worst bank I have ever been in!! They do not know how to treat potential customer's and are very disrespectful. Never been so offended in my life. The management must be bottom of the barrel to hire such vial employees!! Show's a lot about their leadership. My advice go elsewhere!!!!
