  This is a review on the company ethics and practices. I used BCBSAZ for several years, and was happy with the service. A few years ago my company offered me insurance, and it was easier to switch over to that, so I did. What I didn't realize is that I didn't cancel my BCBSAZ account and this payment kept auto-debiting for over a year. (In my defense, I thought it was a different bill when I was looking at my statements). I contacted BCBSAZ about paying double for insurance over that period of time, and I got a hold of the right people and they actually refunded the money. I thought I had a 1 in a million chance of that happening. It's nice to know that their is still some honesty and forgiveness even in large companies. Thanks again BCBSAZ for treating me like an actual human.
