  **DON'T MOVE IN HERE** If I could give a negative star rating I would to be honest. The management and staff is very VERY rude and unprofessional. The maintenance half fixes stuff, when they actually fix things, because they don't want to spend money. The apartments all have black mold, scorpions bed bugs and roaches... Infested is an understatement!!! It is not a family friendly community. The pool is never fixed and in proper working order, tiles and stuff falling into the pool. They just 'fixed' the laundry room so you have to use your pool key to get in but half the residents keys don't even work in the door. They clean off Car ports and leave the debri on the ground for cars to run over and people to walk through when trying to get to their apartments. God knows with as many tweakers as roam this complex how many needles are in the debri. Broken crack pipes have been found in areas heavily populated by kids. Kids pretty much aren't allowed to play outside or draw with chalk. You can't have anything on your porch or patio that you pay for in your rent, nor can you sit outside to talk with neighbors. They raise the rent by at least 100 dollars every time your lease is up and the rent is already to high for this place. Plumbing never works properly and when they 'fix' it it breaks down two days later. Black moldy water comes up in dish washers and tubs. If your stairs are stained for any reason they will make you wash them. They don't want non running cars here. But won't allow you to do anything on your cars. They want you to hang out at the local picnic tables where all the tweakers come to do their drugs, or residents smoke pot, including local teens. People have had nails stuck under their tires while left overnight. Cars broke into, bricks thrown into windows, things being graffitied and the complex does nothing to rid of these tyrants. Cops are being called here almost daily because of criminal activity including gunfire and fights. Heater and/or AC, which is also inckuded in your rent, never works properly as well as the water heater. It's a ridiculous place to live with staff that has no care in the world. If you bring something to their attention, they rudely industry out wrong and make up rules as they go... Even when something isn't stated in your lease they will tell you you can't do it. There really is no point to even sign a lease! I can't wait to get out of here and will never NEVER recommend anyone live here.
