  Customer service is horrible ! I went in to get a temporary debit card and was told I had to wait at least 30 mins and had to schedule an appointment to do so when I spoke to customer service over the phone, Brittney says I could walk in with no appointment needed! The Christown location is closer to my home, but I will gladly travel the extra miles to go to 7th st and Hatcher BOA. I refuse to deal with this bank again , this is the 3rd time I've had problems here !

  Does this location have managers!? I went a couple days ago to get a temporary debit card and waited over an hour! I left and returned today and saw that they were still short staffed. I came up to the teller after a 30 minute wait and informed that I needed a temporary debit card. The guy declines to assist me and states that he is helping "well worth customers"! I requested to speak to a manager and they declined to allow me to speak to one. This is the most unprofessional place and gives Bank of America a bad name. I will never be coming here again and am seriously thinking about just closing down my account!

  Aweful. I sent my friend to make a deposit into my account and they sent her away because it was cash saying I had to be there. How rude and such a security issue!!
