  • Nice and cheap little apartments. Has a Dog "park", 2 swimming pools, and the community it really quiet. Maintenance is pretty good on time considering it's summer and lots of tickets are being put in. Staff is friendly beyond belief and very respectable. The ONLY thing that sucks is that there is no assigned parking. We live in the front apartments and we literally have to park all the way in the back of the entire complex because there is NOTHING closer past 8pm. Every f***ing night. Getting off work at that time sucks because of it. You don't want to even leave (when you have a "good" spot) because someone will snag it very quickly. Update: 2 fully operational gates have now been closed INDEFINITELY. Everyone tries to cram themselves in the middle of the complex to park there so they don't have to be stuck parking by the gates that do not open on one entire side.

    My husband and I have been looking for a apartment for 2 months already. Relocating from Gilbert. Seen a add online of this apartment complex. Contemplating for a week if we should give this apartment complex a try. Due to my husband reading such bad reviews. Went in couple of days ago. Worst mistake we have done. The lady in the office was going back and forth with a residence. I felt so bad for the old lady and the run around the office lady gave her. Also, walking in we were not greeted. She gave us a tour of the model they had available. It was nice. Now, at this point we were heading back to the office. She started asking questions. She misheard me on a few answers i gave he. From there she started acting really rude. I tried calling today, so i can ask a few more questions. Again no answer. Overall i would rather spend $300 more on a 3 bedroom next door. The Ravens Apartments are amazing with great customer service. They work with your move in date, Gave all the correct information need, answered all my questions and concerns!

    I wish I could give zero stars. There is no 24 hour maintenance line that is made available to tenants. I have been without a bedroom window for days now after a neighbors dog jumped up on it. This is a high-crime area and to leave a tenant without a bedroom window, with just a board over it, is unsafe and beyond unprofessional. Not to mention they have "scheduled" maintenance in every apartment, only to reschedule it every time. For those of us with pets that is hugely inconsiderate because it requires us to crate our dogs for an entire week, since they won't provide us a specific window of time that they'll be in the apartment. I'm not sure who this new management is through, but I will not be recommending this complex to anyone I care about.
