  Not sure why the ratings aren’t as high as they should be. These have been my favorite apartments to live at. The staff is so friendly especially Rochelle. They have lots of parties in the lobby which I really appreciate, they seem to genuinely care. The property is safe and clean and reasonably priced based on the area. Maintenance is quick , can’t think of anything I dislike.

  The staff really cares and makes sure they do what’s right. Once my little boy let himself out and Rochelle went above and beyond to make sure he was taken care of and made it home safe. Also they have been quite reasonable with rent increase upon lease renewal. I’ve been here for years and I would say compared to the previous management company ( Equity Residential) it’s night and day— these folks actually care. Definitely doing a lot of stuff right, not perfect, but great where it matters.

  I arrived at my apartment from a different state due to relocation for work. I was unable to view the apartments before I moved in. I paid for a more expensive/renovated apartment. The apartment was in shambles at the time of my move in. The faucet handles were not attached, the shower curtain rod had not finished being drilled into the wall and was laying on the counter, tub didn’t drain, garbage disposal sounded like a very loud engine and vibrated my whole counter, dust caked around door frames and in vents, 2 sets of blinds were broken, lots of chipped paint, broken window (metal part that holds a window open was detached). Overall I was very disappointed and upset having moved from so far away and having such high expectations of the more expensive apartment. All this being said, staff was WONDERFUL! And they had maintenance come fix things immediately. They didn’t do much about the majority of the dust but cleared the bathroom vent and fixed all the other issues almost immediately! I was so happy and they are all VERY friendly! It turned a very disappointing experience into a pretty good one! I have not seen any bugs or anything of that nature (and have not seen any reviews regarding them either, which is a big reason why I moved here) I am happy with the property so far and all of the staff is lovely to me and my dog! I am on the 3rd floor and rarely hear any of my neighbors besides the occasional entry door slam. The parking lot can get quite loud at times with the motorcycles, but isn’t very often. I have only lived here a couple weeks now, but I look forward to the rest of my stay here!
