  I have two reviews: 1) for people thinking about signing up for Liberty Mutual ....don't ...just don't !!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN !! 2) for people who have already made the mistake... Did they lie to you when you signed up too?? or did they withhold information, such as signing up for RightTrack gives you an INITIAL discount that will jack your rates up 19 days after you sign up if you haven't navigated the sign up process correctly? Did you, like me, fail to notice the 1.5 star rating of the RightTrack app BEFORE you signed up and gave them your money. Do what I plan to do, which is call the AZ Attorney General's office and CANCEL CANCEL CANCEL..

  The people who work here for Liberty Mutual Customer Service Department are completely rude and drive super fast on the parking lot. Good luck getting out of my Apartments That are in the same parking lot basically. They fly around corners and almost hit me pulling out about 20 times in the year I lived here. It's kinda ironic writing a review of the type of people who work at a Insurance Company flying around corners and speeding through parking lots rude drivers. Lol!
