  After careful research, I retained The Law Office of Paul J. Dombeck PLLC., to represent me in a LTD case. They represented me twice. I liked the staff and felt most comfortable with them immediately, which was very important to me. During my initial consultation, they listened carefully to my concerns and addressed the factors of my particular case. Like many cases, I waited and hoped for the best outcome. I was very confident in their expertise and professionalism and left it all up to their team. I was always aware of what was taking place regarding my case, as well as being proactive as it progressed. They took a personal approach in having me speak with the same representative each time, never a second or third party. When I sent emails or any correspondence they were acknowledged in a timely manner.   My husband and I were in an accident with our Semi Truck in April, 2011. We were not at fault in the accident. The other company was refusing to pay lost wages and down time. As we are members of PrePaid Legal, we were referred to the Law Office of Paul Dombeck. I was pleased that we didn't have to go through the yellow pages. It was surprising how easy it was to turn everything over to Mr. Dombeck and let him and his associates handle the other insurance company. Mr. Dombeck was right on top of everything and were we able to settle this dispute without going to court. It was a long drawn out battle but this type of thing usually is. If I had another incident that requires and attorney, I wouldn't hesitate to call Mr. Dombeck for help.
