  If I could select a lower review i would. I am in a desperate situation and called these people for Help. Jane scheduled me an appointment for Friday 01/12 at 3:30pm. I took time off work for this appointment. While sitting in traffic at 1:36 pm I received an email advising me that because I had not responded to an email at 12:15 pm to confirm my appointment, they were canceling my appointment. No phone call, no nothing. I immediately called them to advise them that I was most definitely be attending our meeting. VOICEMAIL. I politely advised them I would be attending the meeting and to please call me back to confirm this. No Call, Nothing. Because of the Holiday weekend I have now lost 3 additional days and may lose my apartment the end of the month. I will be reporting this firms conduct to the highest authority.
