  John Peter Kobierowski, one of the realtors on this team, owned an apartment complex called Roosevelt Manor; when he allowed the property to go into default, he concealed the fact the property was to be auctioned off, collected rent for the month, and then took off with the money; the residents had to pay rent on our apartments two days after we'd already paid it to the new owners, because Kobierowski took off with our money - did not pass it along to the new owner. I took him to court and won. My efforts to collect on the judgment were repeatedly DODGED, despite the fact that Arizona real estate brokers are supposed to settle any legal claims before any commissions are paid to their realtors; Kobierowski is realtor AND broker - that's how he got around reporting any commissions or paying the judgment. The fact that so many other people in ABI Multifamily have no problem being associated with a shady dealer like Kobierowski should give any potential buyers or sellers serious pause. If Kobierowski stole from one group of people, and got around the legal system one time; what makes you think he'll deal any more ethically with either his customers, or even his employing company; the higher-ups in ABI MultiFamily would be wise to distance themselves from Kobierowski.
